Redfish Island Marine is owned and operated by Jim and Catherine Eisele.

Jim and Catherine are avid boaters in the Galveston Bay area. They enjoy their boat and their weekends, so they understand what boaters need in a pump out service.

Jim got his first boat when he was ten years old. He proceeded to wear out that nine-foot Jon boat with a 10 horse Chrysler outboard. Catherine caught her first fish when she was 5 years old in Sabine Pass, but it was her, who was hooked. Fishing became a passion, so it was a definite match when Jim and Cat had their first date on a sailing trimaran out of Seabrook. The very same boat is still moored at Waterford Harbor today 29 years later.

Jim and Cat avid boaters, sailors and anglers, have had experience with Jon boats, small sailboats, center consoles and now to their 48’ trawler are looking forward to becoming full time liveaboards. It was a natural step to own Redfish Island Marine after Catherine retired from her corporate accounting position. This endeavor dovetails nicely with their growing involvement in the Clear Lake area. Jim and Cat are members of TMCA - Texas Mariners Cruising Association, and she volunteers for the Galveston Bay Foundation as a Water Quality Monitor. Although they currently reside in Houston, they keep their boat at Watergate Marina. Keeping the waters clean and safe for boating, swimming and fishing is paramount to their mission. Owning Redfish Island Marine helps them do their part by providing an easy, convenient and affordable way for the recreational boater to do just that. Please pump and don’t dump!
